This is an update for tonight's boys' basketball game and senior night: Tonight will be a varsity only game beginning at 6pm. The senior night recognition will begin immediately following the varsity contest. Thank you!!

Tonight's boys' basketball game has been moved to Mt. Olive High School. Our boys will be playing Father McGivney beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m. The game will be broadcasted virtually using the BHHS Boys' Basketball Facebook page.

Congratulations to Andrew Gombos and Aaron Davis (not pictured) for pursuing the EMT certification at Lewis & Clark Community College. This was made financially possible through a donation from the Alton Memorial Health Foundation Grant. Great job Andrew and Aaron!

Mr. Banwart was honored at the January school board meeting for earning the title of “National Board Certified teacher” and “Master Teacher.” At the meeting, Mr. Banwart humbly gave recognition to the Bunker Hill school community for supporting him in his efforts. He also mentioned how thankful he was to be a part of such a great community. Congratulations Mr. Banwart!

Attention all BHCUSD8 Parents and Guardians: Did you know that all meals are free until the end of this school year? That’s right, FREE breakfast and FREE lunch are available at school OR through pick up at our Wolf Ridge building! All students are eligible to participate in this opportunity! Even if your child/children are remote learners, you can pick up meals for them at our Wolf Ridge location! BHHS Picture Days Pictures for students in grades 8-12 who are on the Gold Team will be this Friday, 9/25. Remote only students will have their pictures taken from 2:30-4:30 this Friday, 9/25. Pictures for students who are on the Blue Team will be on Monday, 9/28. Picture order forms may be picked up in the High School office, or you can go to mylifetouch.com and enter EVTBCB8S8 to order online, on or before, picture day. It is very important that senior boys wear a collared shirt, tie and suit jacket and senior girls wear a dress top. Extra clothing will not be provided this year due to COVID restrictions.
