The Bunker Hill CUSD8 Preschool for All program has been awarded the Golden Circle of Quality rating from ExceleRate Illinois. This rating recognizes programs that have demonstrated the highest quality on all fifteen standards ExceleRate has set and validated by a state approved assessor. Gold Circle programs meet or exceed specific quality benchmarks on learning environment, instructional quality, and all program administrative standards; group size and staff/child ratios; staff qualifications; and professional development.
We would like to congratulate our hardworking early childhood team for this recognition. Stephanie Heiens teaches a morning preschool class and serves as our Parent Educator for the program. Claire Clouser teaches both a morning and afternoon preschool class. Valerie Sarver and Kim Brewer serve as our dedicated classroom aides. We are very proud of this team!
