What an incredible weekend in East Peoria! The Wolf Ridge Junior High track and field team went up against the absolute best in the state this weekend, and we could not be prouder of how they represented our school. Every single one of these athletes gave it their absolute all, pushing through the intense competition and leaving it all out on the track and in the field. We are thrilled to bring home 3 state medals to BH🏅🏅🏅 Thank you to all the parents, and community members who supported them throughout this amazing season.

Next week is the last week of school! Students will get out early on both Thursday and Friday (May 21st and 22nd) at 2:00pm The last day of school for preschool is May 20th. The Track Team competed in the 2A Sectional at New Berlin against 16 teams, and our athletes represented Wolf Ridge with an outstanding performance! Our teams placed very high overall, and we had several events miss state qualifying by just tenths of a second and inches. We also had PRs in most events, showing all the hard work and improvement throughout the season. We are excited to announce that Wolf Ridge will be competing in 8 events at the State Meet next weekend! Congratulations to all of our State Qualifiers and to the entire team on an amazing sectional meet!

What a day at Regionals for our Scholastic Bowl team! 🎉 The team came out strong, winning their first two rounds and earning a spot in the championship match against Lincolnwood. It was an intense, back-and-forth battle that kept everyone on the edge of their seats—a true nail-biter! In the end, they fell just short by 15 points. So proud of the effort, teamwork, and growth these students showed all season.
