The May Student of The Month at Bunker Hill High School is Aedyn Moore. She is the niece of Dawn Schmitt and Rich Mullen. She is the oldest sibling of Lilliana Heflin and Maecyn Groff.
Aedyn has participated in band, volleyball, and softball. Aedyn has been on honor roll and high honor roll. Aedyn participates in the Power of 15 program and has almost finished her pre- requisites for the nursing program at Lewis and Clark Community College. Along with that, Aedyn completed the CNA program at the SCI center in Litchfield and currently works as a CNA at Alhambra Rehab & Healthcare.
Aedyn’s future plans are to complete Lewis and Clark's nursing program and do some type of pediatric nursing. Aedyn’s fondest memory of high school was being able to complete the CNA program and meet new people doing it. Aedyn’s advice to all underclassmen is that “it is always better to fail trying than to fail because you have not tried at all”.
