The March Student of the Month at Bunker Hill High School is Cole Yates. Cole is the son of Kris and Shelley Yates. Cole has three siblings: Sean, Austin, and Bryce.
At Bunker Hill High School, Cole has participated in baseball, basketball, and FCA. Cole earned the Principals’ List honor roll as well as breaking the all-time scoring record for BHHS basketball. Outside of school, Cole enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to the gym, and playing basketball and video games.
After high school, Cole plans to attend college for mechanical engineering while playing basketball. Cole’s fondest memory at BHHS is winning the basketball regional for the first time in 27 years.
