Bunker Hill High School

The September Student of the Month at Bunker Hill High School is Lynzie Hill. Lynzie is the daughter of Ryan and Regina Cox. She has two younger siblings, Olivia Hill and Dayhne Cox. School activities that Lynzie is or has been involved in include class president her sophomore, junior and senior years, junior and senior student board member, Macoupin County CEO, National Honor Society, student council officer, and is a member of the BHHS cheer team. Awards and special recognitions Lynzie has received during her high school career include Principal’s list, NYLF medical program attendee, HOBY youth leadership program attendee, and has received two school board salutes for her leadership qualities. Throughout high school, Lynzie has balanced two jobs. She works at Bunker Hill Chiropractic Clinic and at BGs Grub & Pub. Lynzie also volunteers through the summers for the Bunker Hill Baseball & Softball Association. She has accumulated roughly 100 community service hours during her high school career. After high school, Lynzie plans to attend Mizzou in Columbia, MO where she will study pre-med.
