Drug Free Campaign

Join the Macoupin County Public Health Department’s 2020 Campaign to Pledge to be Tobacco & Drug Free!

Proceeds will benefit the Macoupin County American Cancer Society Fundraiser

Teachers, Parents, Students and Friends Pledge to be Tobacco & Drug Free!

Make the pledge and have your name put on the back of t-shirt with Macoupin County
Students, Staff and Friends who have pledged to be Tobacco and Drug Free!

Due to COVID, we are launching our campaign with an online store.
Access the store at https://mcphdtobaccofree.itemo...
As in the past you can order a t-shirt and have a name printed on the back or you can order a t-shirt without designating a name on the back. Unfortunately, this year, we do not have a means to accept individual pledges without a t-shirt purchase. We apologize for this and plan that next year we will be able to accommodate all pledges with or without a t-shirt purchase. NEW this year you will also be able to purchase lime green cloth masks with black print!
Be sure to fill out the entire form online. Designate which school you want the t-shirt to be delivered to. T-shirts are being delivered to the selected school eliminating shipping cost. Health Department safety recommendations will be followed.
This process is new for us all and we hope that you support our mission to encourage our youth to be tobacco and drug free while benefiting the American Cancer Society.

The 2019 campaign raised over $1,000 which was donated to the 2020 Stars and Stripes American Cancer Society Fundraiser.

The store will be close on Sunday, November 15, 2020.
